Monkgate is an elegant Georgian grade 11 listed townhouse,

the City. We have owned and used it for holiday accommodation
for 20 years, however during the last 3 we have totally
renovated it, inside and out and are proud to present
it in our portfolio. Guests holidaying with us will

2 single bedded rooms, hair dryer. Telephone (for
incoming calls, BT charge cards can be used for outgoing
calls, 999 emergency calls can be made). Secure parking
for 1 car, in the walled garden to the rear of the
house.
Sleeping
6 maximum and therefore great for Mum and Dad, Granny,
Grandad and 2 children or a larger family and 2 adults.
Flat 3 is also ideal for 2 couples wishing to enjoy
their own en-suite facilities with sleeping accommodation
on separate floors, there is plenty of space to enjoy
'ones' own company whilst holidaying with friends
and plenty of space in the comfortable sitting/dining
room for get-togethers too! Or ... luxury for 2, we
can close the top floor off and offer you a reduced
rate where you can enjoy the King size bed, well-equipped
kitchen with dishwasher and large sitting room.
Whatever
the size of your party, close the door and leave the
City behind you, relaxing in the homely atmosphere.
