To make a booking or for more information, please telephone 01904 641997 or e-mail our office from our contact page. We do find it easier to talk to our guests to arrange holidays rather than continuous e-mail, however if this is inconvenient, email your request together with your full postal address and we will do our best to process it for you. We will answer your query as soon as possible or first thing after the start of business the following day. 

Our office is manned Monday – Friday from 9.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m.

Once you have finalised your plans, telephone/e-mail us, to ensure the dates you require are available. We can hold a provisional booking for you for up to 7 days if necessary or process your booking immediately. We will email/post the Reservation Form to you and take payment over the telephone by credit/debit card with no transaction fee incurred – simple!

For weekly bookings we require a 30% deposit, together with your signed Reservation Form. We will then forward to you in the post or via email if you prefer, your receipt and details of when your final payment is due, (6 weeks before the date of your holiday). We then send you another receipt and a detailed map of how to find the property and key collection arrangements.

For short breaks: we require payment in full, together with your signed Reservation Form. We then forward to you in the post or via email if you prefer, your receipt and a detailed map of how to find the property and key collection arrangements.

Payment can be made by credit/debit card or cheque. Please send a completed and signed mandatory Reservation Form to us.
